Pasco is the 2nd largest community in the Tri-Cities with a population of 78,700. The last 15 years has brought tremendous growth to this diverse city. The current addition of two Amazon distribution centers (each more than 1 million sq ft), along with food production companies Darigold, Resers, and Local Bounti ensures new jobs and continued growth. Pasco School District maintains 28 schools with a total enrollment of nearly 20,000 students.

Pasco is the agricultural hub of the Tri-Cities. A trip to the farmer’s market or scenic drive through the area reveals some of the country’s finest produce including apples, cherries, peaches, grapes, asparagus, onions, potatoes, and more. Pasco is also home to industrial, manufacturing, and fabrication facilities. The Tri-Cities Airport is located in Pasco, and the surrounding area is targeted for future growth and development.

Recreational opportunities abound in Pasco, home to minor league baseball team Tri-City Dust Devils. The baseball stadium is adjacent to the HAPO Center, a full-service venue that hosts events such as rodeos, the Family Expo, the Home and Garden Expo, bridal shows, Sportsman shows, RV shows, and more.

Pasco maintains tennis, soccer, softball, and baseball facilities, a golf course, a 3.1 mile designated cross-country course, 15 miles of pathways for walking/biking/hiking along the Columbia River, and an outdoor aquatic center with 50 meter pool, waterslides, and splash pad. It is a great place to live, work, and play.
