Nick is a licensed Managing Broker with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and experience as a finance manager and pharmaceutical sales rep. He has strong negotiating skills and helps set investors up to maximize profits. Nick works with sellers, buyers, loan officers, and title companies to ensure an easy transaction and smooth closing. Nick is a 20 year Iraq war veteran who enjoys French food and all things outdoors–fishing, boating, golf.
Valerie is a licensed Broker with an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s degree from USU. She grew up in the Tri-Cities (go Bombers!), has experience working with a local builder, and adds valuable insight to the buying or building process. She focuses on marketing and tracking statistics & comps. Valerie enjoys DIY projects, water sports, reading, hiking, and quilting.
Our family helps to preserve the unique natural spaces in the Tri-Cities. We enjoy our local outdoor recreation, boating on our rivers, and running/biking/hiking through Amon Basin, up Badger Mountain, and along the Columbia River trails. We’ve lived in Pasco & Richland, and our 4 kids attend school in Kennewick–we’re familiar with each of the Tri-Cities and would love to find the right home for you. Our style is casual & professional–just like our community!
